Welcome to UCARI's website! I am proud to represent our organization as a member of the National Utility Contractors Association of America (NUCA), with our legislators in Washington, DC and other association and fellow utility contractor chapters.

UCARI members can take pride in knowing that our organization is making progress on retainage legislation awareness, monitoring potential DigSafe regulations and working to improve laws regarding water main installations/mechanical contractor issues on private property.
